This all started about maby 3 years ago when I was 16. I started to realize that something was wrong with me. I didn't know what it was, only thing I knew was that I was always angry! And that is not like me! Ever sence then, my anger has turned into depression, whitch has turned me into a rageing monster! I don't like it, I don't understand why, but I know one thing, I need! Help!

Zack, go see a doctor, and ask him for help. I don't really know how the system works in America, but I'm sure there are various options he can give you, for finding the right kind of help. Good luck, you've done the first bit, by acknowledging that you need some help. Good work.

Why is this in the writers forum?

The first step is acknowledging that you need help (which you've already done). It sounds like you might need to seek some professional help, either from a doctor or a counselor who can try and help you figure out what's causing you to feel this way.

Go to a doctor and stop being a fucking lazy ass. Do something about it. No effort equals bad consequences.

every one here has pretty much given you the best advice. Find some help. Get around your True friends. Your 19 get out and have some fun. If you are staying in and just hiding out you are just feeding the depression. When you get angry think about what it is that is making you so Mad. But really go see a doc and don't just say you did but really do. Don't let depression rob you of the best years of your life. Take care zack

I think most of the people here have given you good advice, also might try just figuring out why you get angry and how you can change it, also do htings to fight depression.
